Shipping Policy
For Canadian orders the shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise specified. Our system applies a fee of $0.99 CDN (outside our local delivery zone) to bypass automatic shipping charges to orders outside of Canada.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as we can.
Canadian Shipping Rates
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and should be received within 3-9 business days after processing.
We offer shipping to the US by quotation additional to you order. US can expect to pay shipping separately to your order.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping times are estimated and start from the date the order has been shipped out.
Change of Address
Change a shipping address after an order has been processed can be done via email quoting you order number and providing the alternate address. Additionally, we are unable to redirect a delivery once it has shipped out.
Refused Package/Wrong Address
In the event that an order is sent back to us due to the package being refused or undeliverable for any reason, you will be charged the return shipping fee. Once the package is in our possession, we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.
Shipping Delays
Some delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.
International Shipping Rates
We currently only ship to the USA and Canada. If you would like to place an international order and live outside of the USA, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping times are estimated and start from the date the order has been shipped out.
Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control. Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & OTHER FEES
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order.
Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer.
In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by Canadian law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of Canadian law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
